Craft and time make almost anything beautiful. Most work is given neither. Here it is given both.
One pair of hands carries each piece start to finish: the brief, the drawing, the building, the last file.
I use every tool that earns its place. The taste stays handmade.
What leaves the studio is finished: the whole object, and every file behind it.

THE STUDIO, PLAINLY
KILN, also written Studio KILN, is an independent design studio founded in 2026 and based in Utah, in the United States. It is run by Henry Jolly, who goes by Hank, and he is the only person in it.
The studio takes two kinds of work. The first is brand identity: the mark, the wordmark, the colour and the type, and the rules that hold them together. The second is web design and product design, where the same person draws the thing and then builds it, through to the last file.
Commissions are taken directly. Write to hello@studiokiln.io. The note is read by the person who would do the work. Scope and fee are agreed in writing before anything begins, and the finished work is handed over through the studio's own client portal.
